There has been a couple of petitions around the web that has been created. Unfortunately, they have only withstood a certain amount of time. Many of them had signatures in the THOUSANDS but as PayPal is getting more popular around the world and the scam percentages are rising, we need to keep them going!
PayPal has opened up a new gateway to be scammed INTERNATIONALLY now.
